vipbdt Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Applicability

The rules and terms described in this document apply to all services, platforms, and products operated by vipbdt. These terms form a legal agreement between the user and vipbdt.

• vipbdt reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms.
• These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali and that version is the final authoritative version.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, all other parts will remain fully in effect.
• vipbdt reserves the right to refuse an account to any person at its own discretion.

2. Account Registration and Personal Information

When creating an account on vipbdt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to vipbdt immediately.
• If the information you provided is found to be false or misleading, your account may be closed at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• As part of identity verification (KYC), vipbdt may request a national identity card or other documents.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

• By opening an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age.
• vipbdt may request a government-issued identity document for age verification at any time. An account may be suspended until age verification is completed.
• A person who is legally prohibited from using this service may not create an account.
• If any person operates an account on behalf of a minor, both accounts will be cancelled and all transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

All financial transactions on vipbdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We accept payments through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 1 hour after a successful request is submitted.
• Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
• Deposited funds will only be returned to the account from which they were sent.
• vipbdt is not liable for delays caused by technical errors or banking issues, but we will provide every possible assistance.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity, vipbdt reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Terms

vipbdt offers various bonuses and promotions. These offers are subject to specific terms.

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the required wagering has been completed using bonus funds.
• The welcome bonus may be claimed only once per user.
• A bonus will only be activated after a deposit of real money — a deposit made using bonus funds will not count.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent betting is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own terms, which are published alongside the offer.
• vipbdt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

vipbdt offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, and various other games. The following rules apply to participation in all games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. Cancellation of a bet after confirmation is not possible.
• Odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be cancelled.
• In cricket and other sports betting, match results are determined based on the decision of the relevant sports governing body.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, vipbdt reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, withhold winnings.
• The maximum stake for a single bet may vary by game and market, and vipbdt may change these limits at any time.
• Live betting is available in sports betting, but if a connection is lost, the validity of the bet will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.

7. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus hunting / bonus arbitrage).
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or hacking.
• Impersonating vipbdt staff or contacting other users under a false identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

vipbdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• An account may be closed at the user's own request — in that case, valid funds will be returned within seven business days.
• If self-imposed limits or self-exclusion are requested as part of responsible gaming.
• To dispute an account closure decision, you must contact the support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

vipbdt is not liable for any losses in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or an issue with the user's device.
• Due to the failure or delay of a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, power outages, government orders, and similar situations.
• vipbdt is not financially liable for gaming losses — gaming carries inherent risks that the user acknowledges.
